Overview

This section of APES deals with the concepts of water resources and water pollution.  The water resources section (Ch 9) has to do with how much water the earth has, where this water is found, how it is regenerated and how we deal with such resources as humans.  The water pollution section (Ch 14) deals with sources of pollution from industry, commercial, residential and rural areas, how these sources of pollution affect water quality and how this pollution can be remediated. The resources below are meant to supplement class lectures, labs and your textbook.  Please be sure to stay up to date even in the event of an absence!
